The Life Check is a personal reflection tool. It is not a medical or psychological assessment and should never be treated as one.
The Life Check is a free personal wellbeing tool designed to help you reflect on different areas of your life. It asks questions across ten categories and produces a visual Life Wheel showing how you scored yourself.
It is a prompt for honest self-reflection — nothing more. It is not a clinical assessment, a diagnostic tool, a substitute for professional advice, or a measure of your worth as a person.
If your results suggest you are struggling in areas like mental health, relationships or finances, please speak to a qualified professional. Your GP, a counsellor, a financial adviser or a trusted person in your life are all better placed than a website to help with serious concerns.
If you create a free member account you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Please use a password you don't use elsewhere. If you think your account has been compromised contact us immediately at hello@thelifecheck.com.

We do our best to keep The Life Check available and working well, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or inability to access it.
The scores and results produced by The Life Check reflect only your own answers at the time you took it. They are not objective measurements of anything.
The design, code, questions and content of The Life Check belong to thelifecheck.com. You may not copy or reproduce them without permission. Your own check-in data belongs to you.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes we will notify registered members by email. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
